Order Processing

All orders placed on The Sootee’s official website are processed within 24–48 business hours. Our garments are made with care, and we ensure each item is thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch.

●       You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India, bringing our ethically-made clothing to cities, towns, and remote locations nationwide.
 Please note: We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹1000. A flat ₹100 shipping fee applies otherwise.
As of now, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Our usual delivery window is 5 to 7 business days, but it may vary based on your location and courier service availability. We are not liable for delays due to weather conditions, courier partner issues, or force majeure events.
