●       We accept multiple payment options, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

●       Full payment is required at the time of purchase. No order will be confirmed without successful payment.

●       We process all orders within 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.

●       You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

●       We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

●       Please ensure all shipping information is accurate to avoid delays.

5. Returns and Exchanges

●       As a sustainable brand, we encourage mindful purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your order:

○       You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

○       Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
