We currently ship only within India.
2. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5–7 working days after order confirmation.
3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery typically takes 7–10 working days depending on your location.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1499.
For orders below ₹1499, a standard shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied.
Express Shipping charges if paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional non-refundable COD fee of ₹99 will be charged, irrespective of the order value.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
6. Missed Deliveries
Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails, the package may be returned to us.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

Exchange & Return
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn and unwashed; free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair or signs of use; returned with all original tags, labels and packaging intact; and in the same condition in which it was delivered. Returns not meeting these conditions may be declined.
2. How to Raise a Return or Exchange
Email contactus@thesootee.com with your Order ID, reason for return or exchange, and relevant photographs (if applicable).
3. Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Reverse pickups are generally attempted within 5 to 7 business days. If pickup cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or non-handover, the customer must self-ship the parcel.
4. Preparing Your Return
Pack the garment neatly with all tags and accessories intact.
Hand the parcel personally to the courier executive, ensure it is securely sealed, and retain photographs of the packed parcel.
Every return parcel is carefully inspected upon arrival. If a different product, incomplete return, damaged product caused after delivery, or an item not matching the approved return request is received, no refund, exchange or store credit will be issued.
5. Quality Inspection
Every returned garment undergoes quality inspection. Returns may be rejected if worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged or otherwise not resalable. Dry cleaning charges may be deducted where applicable.
6. Return Processing Fee
A Rs.200 return processing fee applies to refunds towards reverse shipping and handling. This fee is waived if you opt for The Sootee Store Credit.
7. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via UPI only and require a valid UPI ID or QR code.

8. Store Credit
Store Credit receives the full eligible amount, no Rs.200 processing fee, faster processing, and can be used on future purchases.
9. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned product passes quality check.
10. Refund Policy for Promotional Orders
Orders placed under promotional offers such as Buy 2 Get 15% Off and Buy 4 Get 20% Off are subject to the following refund terms:
• Refunds will be processed only for the value of the product(s) returned, after adjusting for the applicable discount based on the final quantity retained by the customer.• In case of a partial return, the original discount will be recalculated based on the number of items the customer keeps.
How it works:
• If you purchased 2 items at 15% off and choose to return 1 item, the order will no longer qualify for the 15% discount.
• The retained item will instead be recalculated under the Buy 1 – 10% Off offer.
• The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly after applying the revised discount.
• Any refund issued will reflect this adjusted pricing and will be processed to the original mode of payment.
11. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, customers may choose Store Credit or a refund (subject to the Rs.200 processing fee).
12. Sale & Promotional Items
Clearance, end-of-season and other promotional sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless an incorrect or damaged product was delivered.
13. Wrong, Damaged or Defective Products
Report within 48 hours with Order ID, clear photographs and a mandatory unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
14. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once dispatched, they cannot be cancelled. The Sootee may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or unforeseen circumstances.

We currently offer handcrafted tops, dresses, co-ord sets, bottoms, and accessories. Our collections focus on comfort-first silhouettes with bold, artistic prints and ethical production.
2. Are all The Sootee products handmade?
Most of our products are handcrafted or hand-finished. Minor variations in print, colour, or stitching are natural and are a part of the handmade charm.
3. Do you use organic materials?
We are not 100% organic yet, but we prioritise organic and natural fabrics wherever possible. Many of our products use organic cotton, handwoven cotton, or low-impact dyed fabrics.
4. What fabrics do you use?
We primarily work with cotton, organic cotton, linen, cotton-linen blends, and handloom fabrics. Fabric details are clearly mentioned on each product page.
5. Are the colours shown on the website accurate?
We photograph all products under standard lighting to ensure colour accuracy. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of our fabrics.
6. Do you customise products?
We currently do not offer customisation for individual orders. For bulk or special projects, you may write to us and we’ll be happy to explore possibilities.
7. Are your dyes safe?
Yes. We use azo-free and low-impact dyes wherever possible. Many of our collections also use natural dyes.
8. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend referring to it carefully before placing your order.
9. What if I face a fitting issue?
If the size doesn’t work for you, you can request a replacement or refund as per our policy, provided the product is unused and tags are intact.
